Community amenities include co-working spaces, controlled access, covered and garage parking, on-site management, a game and media lounge, smoke-free living, furnished options, roommate matching, an online payment portal, and a pet-friendly community.

No, though the majority of our tenants are students.
Yes, we do background checks on all of our tenants to ensure we meet strict standards. We also have secure access to enter the buildings and to access the living floors. Each bedroom has its own lock.
No, use the pieces you want and we will store our other furniture so that you can make your space your own.
Yes – our monthly price includes utilities, Wi-Fi, and garage parking!
The minimum lease term is 6 months, depending on availability.
